Hoest's actions weren't smart, but if we claim to have freedom of speech we must let everyone espouse their political views, no matter how moronic they are. Not that his actions were anything political IMO. Maybe he was just drunk and felt like doing summat stupid. He got put in jail for a stretch, anyone know what for?

Displaying a swastika (unless it's with a "strike-thru") is illegal in Germany. ... I said it before, and I'll say it again, our views on freedom of speech don't apply to German law.

I've been meaning to find out if the label that Taake is on is based in Germany. If they are, I wouldn't be surprised to see someone go after them with a lawsuit. It's not surprising at all to see them react the way they have towards Hoest's actions and attempt to shirk any responsibility or wrongdoing.
