Some chick at another forum says there's a genre called Dragon Metal...I've certainly never heard of it. Is it just some made-up thing?

there is troll metal so probably. Look it up on wikipedia

The most elusive and hardest to get kind of metal is definetely Ghost Metal.

Some people think they can hear it but they are not really sure.
