I remember wathching this a few months ago. I think it's still another one of those original-looking silly amateur videos that are actually made on purpose like that of one reason or another. I happened to find some more whose creators looked and behaved even worse than that. Some of them are making a shit-load of money by selling t-shirts and mugs with stupid messages.
I've heard that this guy is actually an australian comedian and he has made another one:

He tried to enter the eurovision song contest from a made up country(Molvania). I think it was some stunt for a book he wrote.

The anti-pope thing rawks...Elektronic Supersonik beats power metal in cheesiness, and the anti-pope song is more evil than any wannabe satanist black metal band's song.

That's why some power metal bands are worse, like Dragonforce... they're actually serious.

Oh, Gunther. We have a Gunther sticker on the computer in the office. Great stuff. Last year I wrote a long rhetorical question on the whiteboard wondering as to how Sweden can produce Opeth, Vintersorg, and Gunther, all at the same time.

Lol Dragonforce are in no way serious. In their last video, they broke into a sudden video-game-off and had a shot of ZP standing by the green screen. Now Hammerfall on the otherhand I worry about.

And that Kingowar song was probably the most entertaining thing I've seen in weeks. Thank you

I was at a dragonforce gig recently. They are totally not serious...

To quote ZP talking to Herman Li : Okay, so what song are we gonna play now ? Anyways, they all sound pretty much the same.

He really said that !

Oh and, by the way, I have blood to wipe off my cheeks after seeing That David Hasselof thing....
