The only person who loses when you don't like an album is you.

I agree wholeheartedly. I used to destroy albums the moment I noticed something small that bothered me about the band. Not any more. There's no point. If I can find something to enjoy in an album with flaws, the I'll have a multiple orgasm listening to the good shit. And I do now. Believe it or not I started enjoying black metal much better since I started listening to a7x and other gay crap.

When it comes down to it, I hope everyone loves what they listen to.

???

Either you've already bought the album, or you downloaded it. The band doesn't lose...

yer it's shits me when leechers claim to 'appreciate' everything when all they do is easily leech mp3s and basically taking the music for granted.

This thread isn't about downloading, which I do because I don't like supporting bands that I don't like (I learnt this the hard way by buying albums I thought looked interesting and not liking 90% of them because I'm way too picky when it comes to music). I buy 5-10 albums a month, and any album I like I will eventually buy.

Right, there is that Torrent thread for bitching about downloaders! =)

By the way, I hate your quoting technique. It's flawed.

Word to live by. That doesn't just apply to music. I'm a pretty easy going sort of guy and I rarely if ever get pissed at someone if they insult me or something, because I figure now you're pissed and I'm not so I win.
