Yeah... this is kinda iffy. Not horrible though so the album might be pretty good. I like how the song goes around 1:15 and the solos are really cool. |

I love Mastodon but that song didn't do it for me. I was just at their concert last thursday and they rocked the place. Biggest sound I've ever heard from a metal band, and I don't mean just loud (and they were insanely loud) but just a massive head crushing wave of sound coming at you. This is old news, Dogan! I love the new track, though. The percussion at the beginning, that first riff...great. Jeff, man, you have to start defending yourself. You could whip Husker's ass easily. |
