I've been playing marching band drums for like 10 years or so, but drum kit for only two or three. And yeah I can play faster I just kept screwing up whenever I tried to record myself so I slowed it down. And yep, my band's in the promote your band forum.

Yeah i recently bought "Extreme Metal Drumming 101 DVD" by Flo Mournier so I've been trying to achieve some of his godly speed. It makes me laugh because he starts all of his excersizes by saying "Let's start this one at a nice easy 140 bpm and work our way up from there" which is about as fast as I can go on a GOOD day. |

Yeah, I've been stuck at around 140 on my feet for a long long time. My hands are much faster though. Hopefully my feet will catch up sometime. I practice my feet a lot more to. |
