So are they going for an unknown vocalist, ala INXS in that show last year, or trying to find a well know established vocalist? Why the hell would you have a band full of stars and a nobody frontman? Maybe Matt Barlow could be interested |

He's a member of the Georgetown, DE Police Department! Although I haven't been there in quite some time, I used to frequently drive through that area on the way to the beach. It's a small, college town in southern Delaware, about a 40 minute drive from the beach. That part of Delaware is a total speed trap. Most of the towns are very small and blue collar, thus relying heavily on traffic fines to support their economy. A friend of mine was following me in my car through Georetown a few years ago. I ran through a yellow light, but it was red by the time my friend went through. He got pulled over and received a $135 ticket! I guess that I'm not a very good person to follow on the road :oops: . Ha! Wouldn't it be kinda cool to get pulled over by Matt Barlow? My excuse: "Sorry officer, I was speeding due to my music. This band Iced Earth kicks ass, and really got me fired up. Too bad they lost their masterful lead vocalist. " Officer: "I'll just give you a warning this time, try to keep it under 100mph next time." |
