Yeah, I did... But I don't think it's plugged in properly. Apparently there should be a plug ins menu in iTunes but I can't find it.

Yes, for 24 songs, because I wanted to give it a fair shake. It's one of his favorite bands (I don't know why, he usually has better taste).

I wouldn't say über crappy. You could do a lot worse. Then again, you could also listen to Bloodbath. Or Edge of Sanity. Or Sonata Arctica. Or....

They basically sound like Faith No More being fronted and controlled by Johnathan Davis. Only with more stupid crap.
