Did Pete Sandoval really become a christian?

According to an interview with David Vincent it's true, but it could be a joke.

Anyone else able to verify this?

Not to blame him though considering Morbid angel suck ass now.

Morbid Angel was sicky when I saw them play covenant in it's entirety and tim yeung is killing it on drums.
