replying to myself how sad is that

Harmony - Aftermath

I firmly believe good music deserves to be listened to regardless of the message behind it (though my interpretation of good music may at times seem rather strange) this is a christian band, I am not a christian, not going to get into that here, progressive power metal band with some outstanding vocals, not the soaring highs that don't make any sense just really passionate vocals with real power in them, I really do love this band

Rainbow - 16th Century Greensleeves

because it's what I'm listening to right now even though the song doesn't rate as one of my favourites

That's really more of a "now playing" than a "favourite song of the moment".

but then I would never have a reason to comment in this thread since my favourite song is whatever I'm listening to at the time

had I said because Rainbow are fucking awesome would that be better (coincidentally they do)

oh yeah I meant to ask did you catch my answers for the questions you asked in the how are you feeling (um is that the right one, there's a similar thread on my other forum "how was your day" and I seem to get the two mixed up for some reason) thread?

NP

Rainbow - Lost In Hollywood

because it fucking rocks, hard, man I wish Richie Blackmore would start playing rock again

That's a good song Zad. One of the last good ones by Rammstein, taking in the consideration I found Rosenrot painfully boring and have not heard Liebe Ist Furr Alle yet, even though I was the biggest Rammstein fan in my hood ten years ago.

I loved Liebe Ist Furr, certainly a solid album after the dull Rosenrot (which I think was down to it being chiefly a Reise Reise B-songs collection).

I've seen just now you reviewed it and rated it 90. Shit, it must mean it's fucking good, not just a solid album, at least in industrial subgenre.
Or you've changed your mind ?

Perhaps a slight overrating, but I've been listening to bits here and there in the last couple of days and it is an excellent album. I certainly wouldn't give it anything under 85... but as ever, it's about the words, not the score, and it is a damn good album.

Alright, gotta read the whole review then. I think I'll give it a shot soon. The album I mean.
