Metallica & Coroner's are quite good.
Also, Iron Maiden's Soundhouse tapes, not a demo per sé but pretty close.
Add to that Solstafir's Promo 2004 which lead to the excellent album Masterpiece in Bitterness is.

first couple Death demos are more intense and fast than the album versions. Those early 90s Possessed demos aren't bad either.
