Looking forward to some extremity goodness from this veteran group of musicians. High hopes.

Edit: Good recording. It just is not DM all that much. Much more power/speed. Even the album art is quasi-power metal. Good stuff. Not really all that extreme.

And why not? It's Dickinson. Is he the same man he was 20 years ago? Most certainly not, and it does not please me, whatsoever. But who is? Backwards or forwards, life changes all of us. Even though when a lot of times, it is involuntary. Not the biggest fan of his new shades, or his new sense of style. But what can you do? Dickinson2024.

Edit: I'll be completely frank. I am very inhospitable to many of the ideas presented, on this recording, and that is because I am not all that familiar with Roy Z's style of riffing. I will keep re-listening until I can have a better grasp of this album. It is very dense, nuanced, and very unique. Something much more alternative in nature, rather than something that I can immediately like. And I quite readily take a liking to the vast majority of my recordings. The explorations continue.
