Straight black metal vox husker, or do they mix it up?

And yes, Goat, I listen to Unquestionable and Elements more (was Jupiter bad or just crushed by the weight of expectations?) but Piece of Time is a blast, maybe I will try to stomach some proper death metal this week for a change.

Vocals are actually very sparse on the record (Kall is the name of the band, former members of Lifelover.) Great musically though if you want to listen to some depressing black metal.

I remember quite liking Jupiter at the time, although I've rarely listened since. Definitely the least good Atheist.

Unfairly slagged release from the Frosties. A few tunes retain some of the Cold Lake stain but there is still plenty of tasty riffage here. The latter half of the record is especially strong with Nemesis and A Kiss or a Whisper being my standouts.

Maybe the only Slayer record where the slower tracks surpass the speedier ones. The band never achieved better eerie atmosphere than on the Dahmer inspired 213.
