Fucking terrible, what the hell was Mameli thinking?! Agonia need to scrape together some self-respect and stop him producing his own music, this is abominable. Makes that last Aborted production job sound like a Steven Wilson remaster. And it's not even a great rendition of the songs themselves...

An excellently produced recording. I will admit that I have heard very little from Deicide, and only once, or maybe, twice. But times have changed. And I think this album carries a lot DM might with it. Never nearly close to the glories days of DM Bay area, but we cannot live in the past, since time only moves forwards, and so accordingly, we must either move smoothly with it, or be dragged along with it, unwillingly. Two thumps up!

Early Deicide is classic death metal and The Stench of Redemption is a great modern piece as well. Worth checking out if you're feeling like listening to some old DM.
