From Blabbermouth: With the news of Scorpions retiring after their tour and Motorhead no more Judas Priest has decided to end their 30+ year career with their next album and subsequent tour. The band is in the studios as of now recording their final album. The tour is said to be at least 2 years in length spanning 4 continents. Rob Halford had this to say: It's been a pleasure playing for the Priest heads all these years but me and the rest of the band have decided that it's time to pack the bags and go home. But we will go out with a bang. Rumors have it that the new album will be a follow up to Priest's 1990 come back album "Painkiller". |
