Anyone else a fan of this swooning, relaxed music? I heard they recently released a new album, but has anyone heard it? |

I have... Every Portishead album took time for me to like it, this one is no exception... I've played it 3/4 times already and it starting to grow on me... Quite different for their firs two though. |

I think my Art teacher played them in class one time. I have no problem with them, but it's nothing I would actively listen to. |

Like everything I've heard, the albums are on my list. |

'Third' is a good album, yes, but it's not nearly as good considering it's the same band who released 'Dummy' back in '94. Obviously you expect change in 14 years, but I don't think it really lives up to the sheer quality of their earlier works. |

I really tried liking Third, but the damn drum loops put me off. The rest on the album is good, but oh them blasted drums drive me crazy. |
