The only Slipknot song I've actually liked was Spit It Out. And yes, it was for the rapping bit.

Are you both ignoring my Korn comment because you agree or you're too ashamed of me to acknowledge it? :P

I never thought they sounded like Primus, but they're fun too.

Heh. I liked Korn 5-6 years ago but they sucked ever since and I've listened enough of the old albums.

The only nu-related band I listen to anything approaching often is Deftones.

Yeah, Korn have gone down hill since Untouchables/Issues, but I thought SYOTOS was pretty good. They shouldve put the B-sides on the album though, those were pretty awesome.

Anyway, I guess I listen to alot of albums that no one on this forum would like. Here are some:

Korn- albums 1-5 and 7 (though their 8th album isnt that bad, though the guitar mixing sucks)
Deftones- all their albums
Pantera-TGSTK (my favorite album by Pantera)
NIN-The Fragile (most of the interludes are trash though)
Slipknot- all their albums
Mr. Bungle-S/T
Peeping Tom
Faith No More-Angel Dust
Lacuna Coil-Karmacode
Disturbed- all of their albums

And last but not least...
Limp Bizkit-their first 2 albums. Sure Fred Durst is Fred Durst and they sold out big time with TCSFATHDFW, but their first 2 albums are guilty pleasures of mine.

Deftones are awesome, one of my fav bands. The only FNM album I have is Angel Dust and I really liked it. I own Mr. Bungles first two albums , but I couldnt get into the second one. It seemed like pure noise to me.

What is Lacuna Coils best album? I enjoyed Karmacode and Comalies.

Get more FNM. Mr Bungle - California is worth getting, much more weird-poppy and playful than Disco Volante. Tomahawk is worth checking as well.

AS for Lacuna Coil, I have everything except In A Reverie. If you don't have Unleashed Memories, then get that, much slower and more emotional, but brilliant with it.

Cool, thanks for the suggestions. Unleashed Memories sounds like my kind of album.

When I first listened to Virtual XI, I personally felt it was a horrible album. The first track, 'The Angel and the Gambler' was real put off. And as I further continued listening, I couldn't bring myself to like it. But as time passed by, and a few replays of the album, I got to like it, A LOT! TAATG is still a horrible song to me, but the rest are just fabulous. I didn't and I still don't like the intro on 'The Clansman', but the version they played at Rock in Rio was a great improvement, and I prefer that version better. But on the whole, I think the album boasts several strong songs, albeit not typical Maiden, but hey, they're great!! The Clansman, When Two Worlds Collide, Lighting Strikes Twice, Como Estais Amigo, and fuckin hell!!!! Don't Look In the Eyes of a Stranger!! Oh, wait, wait....The Educated Fool. NICE!!!

And IMO, the Virtual XI artwork has the scariest, realistic looking Eddie among all their albums.

I think DaaD is Cradle of Filth's best album, actually.

Same here. I don't know why everyone says it sucks, because that album is everything I (and everything I thought everyone else) love(d) about CoF amplified to the highest level.
