imo black metal metal is rly similar to screamo like Saetia and Orchid and the stuff it's influenced like Buried Inside and some parts of Circle Takes the Square and United Nations. That review calling Celeste black metal has SOMEWHAT CONFIRMED these suspicions.

screamo is a lot better tho

wait it's not even going to surprise anyone that i think that

Listened to a song by Celeste, and granted, it's one song, but based off that, I don't see how they could be called Screamo.

(It was the first track off Misanthrope(s), btw, dunno what that French shit title is.)

Their first EP was definitely screamo but their nowadays stuff doesn't fit too easily into a genre.

Black metal doesn't have a heart, so your comment fails.

Your posted track really isn't that bad I have to say. The vocals bother me a bit, the riffing styles isn't my personal preference, but it held my interest well for the 8 minutes.

I just learned the singer sounds like this in his main band. He is kind of goofy because he's one of those "my talking voice is louder than my scream" dudes.
