I thought Second World had been out for a while now? Or is it just now getting a US release? Fantastic album by the way!

Here's a new track if you haven't heard it yet:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u79MohYXcl4

I'm loving the Tool-vibe in the guitarwork!

Both Second World and Oionos are being released here in the US tomorrow. Katatonia to be released here in the US August 28, I think released in Europe August 27. I'm looking forward to a doomy end of the Summer.

Cheers. I'll give a try after I've finished spinning the Gladiator soundtrack. Don't want to ruin the mood

Yeah, the 1:18 riff is pure Tool. Less overtly chorus/verse structure than their usual stuff, so better than their usual stuff, at least.

Yeah, this track is purely excellent in quality. The new album will be absolutely great, I think. They've managed to change the "mood" of this album altogether which is a great thing. The obvious Tool comparison is inevitable although Tool is much more creative in their riffage and rhythmic patterns.

Hm, vocals aside, yes, especially Red-Skinned Scapegoat which brings the jazzy bits back... Two Pound Torch seems a bit repetitive and dull in comparison though.

Like that Katatonia song. The Tooly bits are very well-implemented as an idea.

I'm not as impressed with this as I was with Dead Letters.

Deathcorey. Adjective.

i) Of, or pertaining to, the genre of Deathcore.

"This Bring Me The Horizon Album is some deathcorey bullshit."
