Chill and laid back it indeed is. And I have no problem with that at all as the last few offerings of Katatonia have gone in that direction anyway. But what I do mean to say is that, to me at least, it sounds awkward. But you are enjoying it and I will give it a few more listening sessions. The production is excellent, after all.
