Alright, perhaps not the heights of glory for the Dying Bride but it is still an outstanding doom release by metal standards and those standards are very high indeed. I really do not see a whole wrong with this release.

Some of the greatest the States of America has to offer.

Edit: I have a hard time coming to terms with how precise, metallic, and wide-ranging the riffs are on this recording and just how potent and uncategorizable Tool, in general, as a band have been able to accomplish, with their most immediately recognizable music as originators of a genre! Just stomped. Simply stunned. So little recognition, and so much complaint. Just what is the scope of the natural state of ignorance in Man?
