Agreed, buddy. Chimera is excellent, but I do not really sense any run-of-the-mill on this release, at all. Quite distinct, devastingly heavy, at times melodic, and other times down-right haunting, and stays loyal to the titled of the album to the letter. But, opinions vary. But to call it run-of-the-mill is a bit unkind and unfair to Mayhem. :)

Early Norsk blek metle featuring Shagrath and Arcturus' bassist. Pretty raw, even remastered, but many :dio: 's to be had.
