Tremendous music. Only heard this recording but I am very much looking forward to hearing much more from them. Meshuggah's young, pretty, and adorable sister. Meshuggah being the older and more brazen brother.

I think this has aged pretty well; the songs are full of hooks, there's actual thrash metal attempts going on generally and the requisite groovy/nu metal adjacent songs (Eyes of the Insane particularly) are some of the best they've attempted. Also, Lombardo is truly terrific here, definitely the MVP of the album. Weakest point still the lyrics...
