Cool unit .. I have a comparable bookshelf system, and I would highly recommend getting a sub for it .. 100% improvement.

Any self-powered sub within line-in jacks would do nicely .. looks like the MCR-332 has subwoofer out terminals so that will make it easy.

Visions has a sale on subwoofers until the 25th :)

Thanks, General. This is the amplifier I purchased: http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B005PXG ... 01_s00_i00

It's powerful for my room and it looks nice as well with a piano finish (which goes with the rest of the set). Lots of options too on it. Thoughts?

Digging the Gentle Giant? Not everyone's cuppa, I love them but they can be a tad hard to get into especially on Power and the Glory (which is my favorite).

I love anything inaccessible. It'll take longer to get into, but once you do, it lasts a very long time. I've been loving GG for about 3-4 years now. Excellent, excellent, Electic Prog.

Geometrical counterpoint is how I understand GG. Other-worldly stuff.

Someone needs to tell the band to come up with a better font for their logo because that doesn't look like portrait.
