Think I preferred Credo but still oddly compelling.

Oh yes. Enslaved is very consistent and I wholeheartedly agree with you on Maiden. Perhaps my most listened to band, ever, aside from Rush and a few others.

I have listened to this recording much more than a dozen times and there is still ample room for my appreciation to grow even further. Brilliant. It is also my personal opinion that this album is better produced than their latest, or at least, produced in a way more appropriate to their rich soundscapes and BM with much more clarity and distinctiveness. It is also the case that their latest offering is even more populated than this album.

Call me cynical.

Finishing up this. It's King Diamond. I certainly like it but it is a bit thin and barren for my liking, though the bass work is stellar, and there are some moments of sheer marvelousness from the guitar work and very solid drum work and of course, there is the King.



Priest is a band I don't listen to often, but whenever I do, I enjoy them immensely.

Jimmy Page is such a master recorder and a greater producer and these remasters are so excellent with everything sounding like the instruments are being played in your living room. My love for Led Zeppelin is ever so increasing with each passing year.

An excellent band and an excellent release from the Canadians.

An original music act and an extraordinary musical creation.

A voyage to the ends of the mind. Beyond that, there is the ever-permanent, the ever-lasting.
