Intro riff begins with some jumpdafuckup mid-era Sepultura riff, and quickly explodes into a faster modern thrash/death with awful vocals and a bad drum sound overall. A decent solo around 1:30 breaks the different riffs that change, but the vocals hamper the music somewhat the guy literally just grunts into the microphone- I mean c'mon. Overall not the most original thing, but the riffs change enough to keep your average metalhead interested.

Opening tech drum roll devolves into a Gorguts/Necrophagist tech noodling which blows to be frank, the vocals deviate from toneless clean vocals to Tazmanian devil-esque "death metal" lower range vocals amid more pointless tech noodling which turns into a flaccid mid-pace riff then a solo. The vocals are weak, riffing is shit, and the drumming is you're average studio tech death horseshit.

The main problem with this style of death metal is just how utterly gormless it is without production to bolster the instrumentation. Take away the studio and you've got just hyperdowntuned riffs that fluctuate from that opening faster burst to that muddied guitar tone that sounds like a fucked up mixture of Slipknot and Anata riffs that even the band hated. The vocals are gruff, the drums are overtriggered, and literally are on par with those lame tech riffs. The song is literally just blasting and triggered double bass, coupled with that guys gruff vocals.

Not bad, not bad at all. Never heard of this band. Unfortunately, the sound quality is really poor, and the singer is a bit weak. Good axemanship though.

Peste Noire - Des Medecins Malades Et des Saint Sequestres. I love these guys. That bit seven minutes into the track where they're like we're done then they start up again is so great. The riffing never seems to sound annoying while the vocals are able to reach a piercing high without ever irking me. I wish the production had just been crisper. No, I don't. 9/10.
