Ion Dissonance has awesome breakdowns.
Metalcore usually is all about breakdowns.

As for metalcore, my favorite breakdown (which is also the heaviest I've heard, which makes it the greatest) would be the one in Misery Signals' "The Year Summer Ended In June". You really gotta hear it to believe it.
