Yes indeedely it is.

Here's my constructive criticism - I think the lettering looks cheap compared to the rest of the picture. I would give it a more organic look, or ditch the effects totally and go for a basic color.

I thought about that, I'm going to mess with some more fonts when I get home, though I think I like this font best. I agree that the font does appear to be a little too golden and shiny.

EDIT: I'm not so sure making the font more organic would make it better, I think that will detract from the overall effect. Compare:

The top one is drawn back a bit, less metallic-looking. I like it, but I also don't know if I like it so subdued. I think a basic, solid color will look too bland.

Maybe try a different fill instead of a vertical gradient, I dunno maybe a splotchy stained thingy, or make it look like it was painted on with a brush. I will admit I'm biased against gradients.

I don't normally like them myself, but sometimes they fit. I just worry that giving the font the same sort of texture as the picture it'll absord the font. I'll work on it, but how about this:

I think the font style works better with the green.

The color of the font clashes terribly with the green. It also makes the image look very flat.

You think it clashes? Weird. I think it goes well, of course, I'm a guy so I wouldn't know what matches what. Thanks for ruining my fun, Cornifex! :(

Seriously, I don't intend on keeping it green. I was just fucking around.

I can't tell if you're trying to make fun of me or if that's a typo.

The "O" and "A" are quite a distance apart!

By the way, I'm not mad or anything. :D

It makes no sense as an insult, though.

There's corn grown in Massachusets(tired, probably spelled wrong), right? Maybe he's calling you a dirty-knuckled rural bumpkiness or something.

Uh...no, actually. Mass has terrible soil for agriculture. Most corn is grown in Iowa and Illinois.

True, but I was fresh out of innocent insults, so that's all you get!

I kid you not, there's a Hatian family down the street from my house that grows corn on their front lawn! Hahaha. It's the most ridiculous thing you'll ever see.
