I think the thing with Immortal is that every bm band who is obsessed with winter/mentions winter is obligated to say they were inspired by Immortal :unsure:

Also they have a more generic sound than Darkthrone, Immortal, Emperor, Burzum or Enslaved.... so are easier to namedrop
