Sure it's repetitive, but it's kinda fun and still makes me want to attack medieval people with a battle axe (though Vikings' preferred swords and viewed axes as farmers tools - they still used them to breakdown shield walls).

I don't know how their other albums sound but I liked this one. Technical yet melodic, heavy on the keyboards (nice keyboards), not too fast, not too slow... and a great production! Good stuff! :dio:

They have a very strong Proggy streak that I really really dig. All their albums are worth checking out, I think. :dio:

Omnium Gatherum is an excellent band. Their latest is very good and Spirits and August Lights plus their Steal The light EP is great as well from what I remember.

I saw one of their albums for sale at Hastings, I might pick it up just for the hell of it, they are melodic death right?

Yes, but - at least on the album I played - with progressive rock and doom aspects to their sound.
