Rick Allen isn't anything amazing, he's just a good, solid drummer. Clearly he was far better with two arms, but let's cut him some slack. Hahaha. He used to play like Buddy Rich plays, not many drummers do that these days.
Anyway, the point is that by the mere fact that he overcame something like losing a fucking arm and still plays the drums is pretty impressive. That doesn't make him one of the best technical drummers out there, just one of the best.
