Just checked that link. It's 600 million now. It's basically a fun thing like the "Kolaveri di" thing. I'm not sure if that was popular elsewhere too.

Yeah, it's all about the dancing. He came to Australia and did interviews on a bunch of tv stations and said that he tried out a bunch of different animals before settling on "horse" dancing, and apparently almost went with Kangaroo. Pretty sure it was a huge pile of bullshit designed to appeal to Australian audiences.
