Machine Head - The Blackening
Queens Of The Stone Age - Era Vulgaris
Iced Earth - Overture of the Wicked
Megadeth - United Abominations

There are plenty others that I'm probably forgetting, and a few that I'll probably discover in due time.

Will doooo, comments to come soooon

Edit: Yeah those samples have me more excited now. the title track is pretty damn cool. Whats up with the video though? They should cut it off the album, it sounds like members of HIM guest wrote a song for them and then the video was shot by bam margera.

Alcest's new album is pretty good after a couple of listens but not similar to the BM they used to play.

Wow I missed that this album even came out. Wikipedia says it has "a quieter manner"? What exactly does that mean? I loved stgm and cold dark matter so I may end up downloading this.

I find it much more mature than the previous one. To me, they peaked with Cold Dark Matter, but this new one is almost up there. A bit closer to HyBreed in atmosphere.

Also, did anyone notice Blood Red Throne has a new album out? I had no fucking clue at all until I walked by the local metal store earlier today.
