Chrono Symphonic is a project a long time in the making. Starting from the autumn days of October 2004, and ending in the wintry days of January 2006, it’s been a labor of love for everybody that has been a part of it. Initially designed to be the soundtrack for the long-desired Chrono Trigger movie (no, the movie doesn’t exist and probably never will), it encompasses 18 different artists' takes on the way such a film should sound in an orchestral setting, and many more on how it should look and feel. Never has such an abundance of talent been thrown into such a powerful calling, and never has the game Chrono Trigger, which many of us grew up playing, known so much love.

I'm especially a fan of ''Confrontation with the mystic''. A Pretty Remix of that awesome magus song. Awesome

That's a shame. An anime movie set in the Chrono Trigger universe would've been awesome.

Anyway, has anybody here heard the soundtrack for Chrono Cross? That's another awesome one. I would say it's easily comparable with the CT soundtrack in terms of quality.

Yeah, chrono trigger would have made an awesome anime movie. Considering Akira Toriyama (spelling?) was the character designer for CT, the movie would have smelled a little like a dragon ball z rip-off.

The Chrono Cross soundtrack was amazing, but I'm more of a CT fan. At the age of 3d ps1 games, I always thought they should have stayed to sprite games so I didnt really like it. Call that ''The final fantasy 7 syndrome''
