You've actually done a good job photoshopping it, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at? Is that a heart, or some random organ?

It's an unholy mating of a tumor and a black mineral. I told my professor it was because the site is outside, and has manmade aspects (it's in front of a dam), and tumors and minerals form inside, naturally. In reality, I was just trying to make the most disturbing sculpture I possibly could.
