I had Canopy's During Day One demo and Lullacry's Vol. 4 ready for today. I guess you'll have those next week with another one.

Doh. :(

So I'll have to wait more to read what you thought, bummer!

.:crast:.

Don't worry, it's a good review. Will And Perception will be better, though. :D

I await both of them eagerly!

LV4 turned out to be Lullacry.

Is it good ?

Yeah, L for Lullacry, V4 for Vol. 4. And yes, it's excellent, but now that the radio is flooded with pop chicks like Lindsey Lohan and Hilary Duff doing heavier pop-rock songs it's kind of scary how close they now sound to a band like Lullacry. The CD is VERY, VERY catchy, maybe too catchy for some people.

That is the problem I found in Be My God and Crucify My Heart. The music is so catchy that it gets boring with each listen. The poppy and catchy attitude of the songs is good for the first listen but after that I can't listen them the same way. Every song from Crucify My Heart was a fav. of mine, now I listen to none of them. The same thing happened with H.I.M. I try now to stay clear of such bands or at least to listen them once or twice. Good thing that this doesn't happen often since not many metal bands have this pop sound.

Well, I can really dig on catchy things, but it does wear you down a bit sometimes. Still, this is a great, rockin' CD. Good for road trips, working out, etc. A good party CD, too.

I had that problem with Crucify my Heart. Sounds really poppy, whether it is the singers style or the music structure or both, but yeah, after a while they did all start to sound the same. I listened to it non stop for the first week i had it, and never since then

My idiocy amazes me yet again! I took yesterday off to go to a Christening, you'd think my mind would have made the connection that it was actually Sunday since I was at a fucking CHRISTENING!!! Also, considering I took a vacation day you'd think my mind would have put two and two together and reminded me of the day...but alas, my mind was telling me it was Saturday. Without alcohol, how the fuck did I do this?

Of course, this means no reviews for me today. Retarded. The good news, of course, is my work week is now shorter than I realized.

Aside from adding the code and maybe brushing up some words (like I usually do), the review is done. I'm still baffled by all this. Hahaha.
