They seem like almost all spam registrations...

There's always spam accounts being registered. There was a big rash of porn sites a few months ago, although I don't usually bother paying attention to them so I don't know if the tide has slowed or not. The only reason I know about the porn sites is because Ken used to go through and nuke them.
