I agree wholheartedly. I think that Motley Crue are one of those bands which have a hype surrounding them, due to the fans, press coverage, label push, etc, but aren't exactly the greatest bands ever. You might think so, and if you do I'm sure your opinion is unchangeable, but to me this is just another cock/sleaze/glam/whatever rock band with a lot of controversy surrounding them. If you like the band, well, more power to you because there's one more band for you to enjoy, but I personally don't like this band and surely never will.

Well I guess my review on their new DVD is going to become a five pager as well.

Motley Crue have been a great band at times, and a not-so-great band at times. For the most part they've been consistently good, but if you came into music in the 90's you're probably going to disagree.

Personally I love the Crue, even though they've released some crappy albums.
