Long-time members are disappearing and conversation has dropped to a trickle. Correlation does not imply causation, but given his repeatedly hostile and trolling content, why is Steve still allowed to post here on his third account? I, for one, am done so long as he posts here. |

I didn't exactly do anything to him, I stated my dislike for a band and gave him a recommendation from the same guy and he made this thread. I jokingly call him old man, but unless that's a form of harassment I doubt its on par with actively baiting for insults like Stefan does. |

My only issue with Steve is that he isn't productive. "Shit sucks" "this is gay" "It's all trash" Rather just not see his posts insofar as they're worthless. Be critical, don't just mouth off ignorantly. |

done my fair share of that, just a few weeks ago made like three topics hardly any of which got replied too. I still post topics occasionally but its just to get like 5 or 6 replies and then languish in the graveyard of past topics. |

"Boring", "gay", "shit sucks", all these comments, as trapt noted, add nothing to the conversation. With no ignore button I have no recourse to unsee his repeated junk posts, but then again, I've always had a problem with this stuff, so perhaps the fault is mine. |

He never posts any sort of salient information though, he usually just chimes in agreement, or says he'll check out some new material, or posts in the hockey thread. Then he gets mad if you just jest with him and posts asinine threads like this. As for older people leaving, you think its just because they have outside lives? Unlike all of us  , posters like Legacy of the night, Cotb, Ironduchess, and Kathaar, I'm sure still lurk though

Come on guys.. Making a public thread about banning a guy is a pretty shitty way to call someone out if you ask me. I know he's a dick sometimes but this sort of stuff should be kept private, so PM Zad or me or other mods instead so we can discuss it. Just my opinion though. |
