So I just read this REALLY interesting article:

Seriously, must-read stuff.

Really interesting perspective on...well, just everything we fucking do. Basically, decision making requires energy, and that energy store is limited--so the more decisions we make, the worse those decisions get. The consequences are way broader than you might imagine.

I know I feel decision fatigue, every goddamn day. I am a notoriously bad decision-maker, unable to commit to anything until I've thought it over for a really long time. Most of the time, I just don't know what the hell I want.

What do you guys think? Does this change your perspective on how you view overweight people? The poor?

That was interesting and makes sense. I try pretty hard to not think much about decisions that ultimately won't matter very much and identify and follow my gut reaction since it's usually right (Malcolm Gladwell's Blink etc). Moderately successful at that.
