Umm actually there is a book all about this, i.e., legal issues in comic books. Apparently, if Superman was placed in the spaceship prior to birth, i.e., in some kinda natal bubble and then shipped off then his actual birth would've occurred in the cornfield he landed in when it opened up and hence not illegal.

Yeah, but then no one is illegal according to Trapt.

Still, the whole super human master race thingy, even with a single S on the uniform, is pretty right-wing if you ask me.
