He also knows that the producer collects 3 points and any songwriting he does on the album is usually negotiated as being "uncredited" in any way shape or form.

you are sticking with what was printed on the jacket because you don't know any better and have no idea what you are talking about. All you know is the appropriate authority figure told you it was true, so it is, in your mind, and no amount of evidence can trump it, not even a tape of John singing Ozzy's parts. You'll come up with an excuse that there is no evidence of, such as "maybe ozzy wrote it and John sang it on the demo" and claim that since this can not be "disproven" you are correct.
