Post subject:  Yay for Yoghurts

Pity the Food Thread died so soon, I was going to make a big post about yoghurts! Recently rediscovered them after trying out one of those probiotic things and whether they actually work or it's just psychological it did seem to give my gammy digestive system a helping hand. Also, I passed out drunkenly last night with Bat For Lashes on, and my stomach this morning rebelled at everything except a scrummy Mullers light.

Ie, talk about yoghurts here.

Yes.

I like kids yoghurt's (Muller corners and stuff). Proper Greek yoghurt I don't really want on its own but it's important for making curry, without which the world is an empty shell.

while in Nottingham i also consumed a lot of those Corner yoghurts (as well as a ton of kellogg's nutri-grains).

here in Portugal i eat a lot a lot of yoghurt, home-made when with indian food and also flavoured yoghurts from danone as a snack or dessert.

I love yogurt. You can do so much with it too, in terms of cooking.

Ooooooh, curry and yoghurt, lovely. And I just ate a banana-flavoured Muller corner with chocolate flakes.

Yeah when you consider the things yoghurt is used to make, this becomes a no-brainer

I say yes.
Take some yogurt, a little milk, frozen fruit of choice and a couple of scoops of protein powder, put it in a blender and you got some good stuff there.

That sounds good. In the US, frozen yogurt stores are huge...there's literally one on every corner in my hometown, Phoenix. You get some frozen yogurt and then put a bunch of toppings on and they weigh it, and that's how much it costs you. Pretty cool and it's delicious.

P.S. yoghurt?

Yes that's how yoghurt is spelt.

Yogurt + honey + diced walnuts = probably the best desert I've had in a while.

Yeah, my kids love that stuff.
Better than ice cream, for sure.

Yogourt, in Canada.

Every morning I have vanilla yogurt with Textured Vegetable Protein and sliced bananas in it.

Delicious.
