Hell yeah... Can any metalhead here not spend 5 seconds to sign this petition? These 3 states have a large amount of Muslim residence and the state government is ruled by the opposition, which is an Islamic party. Hence, they've shifted the weekend a day earlier in order for the Muslims to attend Friday prayers without much hassle. Just sharing some info
