Ah, Equilibirum. The movie that accomplished ripping off a dozen.

Sean Bean was great IIRC though. As always.
Best film adaptation of 1984/Brave New World/Fahrenheit 451 ever.

Christian Bale isn't Jesus?

Well I certainly would like to see him crucified, but...

Did you know when filming the movie Phoenix Down or whatever the hell it's called, the one with Steve Zahn where they are POWs, he only ate 1 apple and 1 can of tuna a day?

You'd think a multi millionaire actor such as himself would of got a better contract.
I think he did that diet for The Machinist too then? Needless to say the guy will cut weight and put it back on like crazy given the fact that he did The Machinist between American Psycho and Begins and then did Rescue Dawn between Begins and TDK. That kind of a regiment has to be difficult and obv taxing on the body.

Oh, and I recently watched First Blood, Wolverine Origins and The Empire Strikes Back. The Empire Strikes Back is so good.

Hands down they are. I wasn't discussing that. It's just when you hear some people, it's like they talk about the second coming of Jesus or something.

Don't make me laugh guys. Burton's Batman kick so much ass out of Nolan's. When I hear the growls that are coming out of Bale's mouth I piss myself.
Good movies , don't get me wrong, but inferior to 1989 Batman ( one of the best movies ever ).

@Wivian: Now to be honest, I perfectly knew at least someone was going to react when I wrote this. The Burton ones were good for their time.

Christian Bale isn't the most outstanding character in real life, but he's one hell of an actor. I don't recall what movie it was, but he's been a tremendous actor back in his youth as well. Bale would make an excellent Jesus! Bloody and the delusion of salvation would fit very nicely with Bale .

Saw it last night, it was magnificent. It was the "Empire Strikes Back" of the series. Just all sorts of wrong shitty things happen then a real hell of an ending. This movie was epic in a way i was not expecting. SO many questions after the ending!!!
