Eh, I thought it was a cute movie for its time.

I remember loving it when I was younger. I don't know maybe I shouldn't be critical. I guess I agree with it. And it is hilarious.

The Adjustment Bureau - decent but not amazing, could have done more with an interesting concept. It felt like they were struggling to keep it out of Evan Almighty territory at points.

Super 8, AKA "The Goonies 2: The Gang Meets the Cloverfield Monster".

All joking aside, it was a fun movie and the kids were surprisingly great actors. Plot was a bit silly though.

"Cannibal! The Musical"

It was okay. Definitely would be a lot better if I were high.

In Bruges, The Eagle, Toy Story 3, Neds, and Hanna.

In Bruges was absolutely hilarious. "An uzi? What the fuck am I going to do with an uzi? I'm not an african american in sub-central Los Angeles. I don't want to kill 10 eight-year-olds in a drive by. I want a normal gun for a normal person!"

The Eagle was surprisingly good for a historical action drama thing. Jamie Bell more than made up for Channing Tatum's woodenness. Giving the Romans American accents to contrast them to the natives of Britain they were invading was a nice touch, as was the Scottish Gaelic. Toy Story 3 was nostalgic as hell for me. Neds was brilliant- taping knives to your hands is something to do before you die. Hanna was also fantastic. Like Zad said, Ronan is turning out to be a terrific actress.

Watched Gamer this morning. Excellent performance by Butler, as always, and I loved the concepts of identity and virtual reality. Michael C. Hall was hilariously creepy as well.

Recommend a film, guys, I'm off work till Thursday and I'm having a lazy hungover Sunday. Something lively, with action, and a bit of humour and awesomeness in it. Something like The Last Samurai or Braveheart. Something a bit epic.

If you liked The Last Samurai and Braveheart you might like The Patriot with Mel Gibson.

Speaking of Mel Gibson, I bet you'd love Maverick. One of my favourite films.

So fun. Watched Soylent Green and Omega Man last night. Heston is my hero.

Now, this is a good one.
Reminded me of the Parker Lewis series somehow (maybe the dialogue directed at the camera and the high school background). Anyway, it's rare to find a teen movie which is, at the same time, funny and intelligent.
