Brits, the new series of Flight of the Conchords starts tuseday, BBC4.

Woot!

Oh and they are filming some upcoming ITV drama right outside my house. I was walking across the set on my way to by Crunchy Nut Cornflakes this morning and I saw Tim from the Office sitting on one of those film crew chairs.

THAT'S RIGHT, TIM FROM THE OFFICE

 Awesome!

And I haven't got into FotC, partly because (like The Mighty Boosh) it looks sort of silly. Worthwhile?

It's way less silly than Mighty Boosh. And a heck of a lot funnier too, if you ask me. Which you did.

Got myself the first season of Little Britain.

"I want that one!"
"But you don't like that!"
"Yeah, I know."
"So what about this one then?"
"No, I want that one!"
"Alright, alright..."

"I don't like it."
Bloody brilliant.

Still continuing the Simpsons (got to season 13) and Monty Python's Flying Circus (still season 1).

Well you generally seem to have good taste, sir, so I may well check it out.

Fridge, LB is funny if you've never heard of it but it gets tired pretty darn fast.

Yeah, LB gets painful after the first series or so.

FotC shouldn't disappoint. Musical comedy at its finest.

Well, I'm three episodes in and I'm still laughing.

I guess you guys are talking about season 2 of FotC? It's not as good as the first season. The new season was too silly and over the top at times, but at other times it was perfect. Still worth watching. Jim Gaffigan is in an episode, win freakin win.

friends song with Gaffigan.

I literally have not watched a tv program in years... outside of the fights. I hate that cacophonous clarion droning wares-hawking advertisment noise machine with a passion.
I have The Simpsons DVD seasons 1-10, and my son and I have a ritual where we watch a couple of episodes a night an hour before his bedtime.

For alltime tv greatness, All In The Family is hard to beat.
You can watch them online, full episodes, all seasons, here, if anyone gives a damn:

great cast, great acting and well-written.

I liked Three's Company a lot better than AITF for some reason I never found that show funny but that's just me.

That and the Jeffersons.

Starts on Tuesday for us Britishers. No idea what to expect. NO SPOILERS PLZ.

EDIT: I see rio mentioned it before me. My point still stands, however.

There really is no way I can spoil it for you, but I will remain silent.

It's alright. I always enjoy it when I watch it, wouldn't seek it out or stay in to see it or anything.

It's too close to Curb. It's not really the same, but it's close enough that while you're watching it, you're always reminded that it's not as good.

I don't really dig Jack Dee either. Always the same "I'm a miserable arse" schtick which gets old.

The first episode of Flight of the Conchords was OK, but the musical numbers were nowhere near as funny as they were in season 1.

But according to the Grauniad the songs get much funnier as it goes on, so here's hoping there's something as amusing as "Albi the racist dragon".

I sort of like Jack Dee, but you're right, does get old unless you take him in small doses... saw something about how LB was apparently the British Curb, so wondered. Just started Curb season... the one with the Blacks staying with them... last night, great as ever.

Apparently they're doing an American port of The Inbetweeners! That'll be interesting, or not. Wiki sauce.
