I know. What can I say.

I don't understand enthusiasm for atheism.

It's enthusiasm for unorthodox secularism in American entertainment culture. I'm passionate about atheism, as I'm convinced that religion is a huge brainwashing scam that is detrimental to humanity and the individual.

My friend told me about his time in Chile when he was younger. The kids would gang up on him, pull his pants down, spit on his dick and throw grass at it. Apparently it was very common to do this.

Any thoughts on this?

Oh yae a Christian vs Atheist argument wow never seen those before

I'm not a Christian. I just see religion as so silly/archaic that there is no reason to be excited about atheistm especially not because two fictional characters are written in as atheists. In a recent episode, if I remember correctly, I think they had House questioning atheism in a few minute segment. It is simply a plot device to accompany his scientific reductionist outlook. It isn't a message instilled in the work.

Obviously, but I enjoy seeing tv shows in the US incorporate atheism to some extent. It gives me a certain amount of hope.

Someone using your views as a plot device isn't much hope.

Playing their flibbulous black metal songs!
