Well that good at least. I had no idea they were making a evil dead remake. Shit that kind of sucks. Some things shouldn't be remade. Bruce Campbell made that movie what it was.
I actually just watched the trailer and it looks kind of decent.

I just watched it for the first time aswell, and I will definitely be there.

Yeah this looks pretty cool I must admit. But Hollywood gets a big FUCK YOU from me.
The Omen, Halloween, The Thing and with this, every single one of my favorite horror movies got a remake, and almost all of them are shitty movies. I can't remember the last time I watched good horror movie coming from the U.S.A.

You are correct. It's been a long time since I've seen good American horror as well. There was a pretty good
Movie from England called 'kill list'. More of a thriller with some horror at the end. Really good. Really really good actually. I recommend it if you haven't seen it already. Really friggin good. It was so good I contacted one of the 2 main actors via twitter just to tell him how good it was and he was really cool.

If you wanna see a good British horror film see Eden Lake.

Masterful horror filmmaking.

It looks fucking intense. It is the same cabin as Cabin in the Woods.

Skyfall. fucking awful. seriously considering never watching another Bond movie again.

it's way too long, there's too much talking, most talking is stupid and rambling, the "M being grilled by politicians" bit is stupid, Javier Bardem's whole plot seems to be based on no one remembering to mention to security forces to look out for a policeman with awful hair, there's a ridiculous hommage not just to older Bond movies but apparently also to fucking home alone near the end, groundskeeper willy or whatever his name is shows Alfred-like levels of devotion to the Bond family by risking his life for some guy he probably hadn't seen in years, javier bardem looks like a fucking twat, and a bunch of other shit i can't bother to list. don't watch skyfall.

dude when it comes to bond movies its sean connery and roger moore. thats it in my opinion. james bond movies today are totally too long. in my opinion bond was never supposed to be doing all the shit pierce brosnan and this new guy do. bond is a gentlemen that can kick ass and shit. idk i havent enjoyed a bond movie since licence to kill with timothy dalton. and even that was nothing compared to the ones before it. sean connery was the best. then roger moore and all the ones after are just pretenders. the movies were better without all the special effect and all the bullshit.

i quite enjoyed Goldeneye, but maybe it was because i was like 8 or 9 when i first saw it, and the awesome videogame adaptation may have helped with my perception of it. i didn't like any of the others. Casino Royale was ok but still...

oh i've seen some of the older ones, namely Moonraker (silly) and the man with the golden gun (awesome). probably saw others but can't name them or remember the plots so those shouldn't count.

Yeah check me out. Some are way better than others. Just don't even bother with the one with George lazenby it was awful. Sean Connery did like 3 movies and idk if his contract was up or if he just didn't want to do them anymore but this guy George lazenby stepped in for 1 movie and it was shitty. Sean Connery came back after that and made 2 or3 more. Then roger Moore.

Looper.

I can't remember the last time I saw something this good. I had no expectations at all, but I was blown away by every aspect of this film. I was in a trance when I left the cinema and I just want to see it again.

Az, really disagree with you on Skyfall, it was excellent. Lots of fun, much better than the disappointing Quantum of Solace. Javier Bardem is an excellent camp villain!

Quantom of Solace was total shit. and i don't think they were going for campy.

the action sequences in this one were cool, the talk bits were mostly shit. the "M politician trial" thing was fucking stupid. the plot really seemed to hinge on all british security people being shit at their job, and no one remembering to tell everyone to look out for the terrorist with awful hair disguised as a cop.
