Fast Five

People who like this trash should be round up and shot then burned and use their ashes as popcorn toppings for people who will pay to see Fast Six.

Fear not, he already said that all his rates would be 50 or 85.

85 all the way I guess. 7 masterpieces in a row he said.

You simply don't quote the "Holy First Seven". They're classics. End of discussion.

I daresay there's at least one average song on every classic Iron Maiden with Bruce Dickinson. Classic? Sure but not perfect by any means.

Classic doesn't mean perfect.

John Carter
Visually perfect, it missed the pulp frenzy of Rice Burroughs' novel. I'm not sure if they're planning on a sequel, if that's so, I sure hope a faster-paced, more action driven and shorter movie.

it was a box office bomb. if they do go for a sequel, it won't be any time soon.

They're not insane, they'll go for a remake, in thirty years.

It was insanely expensive to make, yet they didn't care to advertise it at all, so they didn't make any money from it. Hopefully they'll make a sequel and actually advertise it. Probably won't happen though.

Never understood the hype around Bourne movies. They're OK, granted, but that's it.

What? What didn't you like about? It definitely wasn't the last made three but it most definitely had its own merits that I appreciated very much. I thought it was griping to say the least and kept the story interesting until the very end. There's more to come!

EDIT: I'm huge fan, by the way.

The story was extremely predictable. Also the hollywoodesque movie 'template' were the hero has adventure with a pretty girl is lame. It's like seeing the same history over and over again. I only went to see this because my brothers and my father convinced me to accompany them.

Ah...! I see. Well, you do have a point. It was somewhat predictable in a very general sense I would say. How the story would specifically progress is another story. So you're not the biggest fan I suspect!? I would give it a 7 out of 10. No more, no less. As for the pretty girl. It's only necessary to show the very human side of these highly specialized agents. I think the portrait of the female in relationship to the male is something worthwhile and what makes the storyline and more importantly the character a more humane aspect.
